As you enter, you will find yourself in a modern and inviting lobby where you can wait for your workout partner while watching the game and enjoying your pre-workout, protein drink, or water. You can also choose from many of the healthy snacks that we offer.

From there, you would enter the Cardio Room where your heart rate rises, and the burn begins with options ranging from Incline Training Treadmills, Ellipticals, Rowing machines, Recumbent bikes, and the popular StairMaster.

Once you are warmed up and the process has begun, move along to the Circuit Room. Here we are fully equipped with Tuffstuff, Performance Series machines, ranging from Chin/Dip Assist machine, Inner/Outer thigh, Chest Press, Pullover, and Leg Curl machines, Tricep/Bicep machine, and Shoulder Press. That is only about half of the options in this room. Not forsaking our Laddermill, the only one of its kind, located here in the Valley. This continuous climbing machine raises your heart rate and will quickly remind you of long-forgotten and neglected muscles often in just a few minutes.

The weight room is the heavy lifters’ jewel of the gym. This space is large and full, and we do not even know where to begin with all of the options here! The first thing someone might notice is the real steel dumbbells. Some might consider them old school, but it seems to be what the heavy lifters prefer. They often say there is just “something about the sound.” In fact, there is something about an athlete working out with the 120 lb. set. When finished, the dumbbells hit the floor, indicating the sound of success to everyone in the room. You just can’t get that with rubber dumbbells. Our plates are also steel, Olympic, and we literally have “tons.”

We have benches of almost every angle and those that adjust to every angle. This includes our Smith machine, squat rack, leg press, pull-up stations, cable machine, and cable “CrossOver” machine. We even have a Booty Builder (the original hip-thrusting machine), a couple of Land Mines, and even a Heavy Bag for burning off frustration. There are so many options in this room to list!

Now let’s go upstairs where we have our classes. When there are no classes scheduled, and you may be feeling a little shy about beginning your fitness routine, it is a great place to escape. We have plenty of risers to build benches and several sets of lighter weights, both dumbbells and barbells. Over in the corner, you will find our Sled. With this room having composite flooring, you can load it with a few plates and really get a great lower body workout. We also have the heavy rope available, which sounds great when you get it flowing in rhythm. Hanging off the walls, there are several TRX Suspension bases to try your routine on. Spinning bikes are always available for you as well.
