Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that instructors say is primarily an aerobic workout — and it’s all about having fun.

Kathleen’s  Power Pump is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit using light to moderate weights. You determine the intensity, and the music sets your pace.

Kathleen’s Abs of Steel will be hitting your abs from all angles not only reduces your waist but also improves your posture.

Total Body Tap Out with Kathleen combines Brazilian Butt lift with Pilates while using dumbbells and resistance bands. This is her last class of the week, so you have plenty of time to recover.

Paulinas Boot Camp is a multi-station Boot Camp that is fast-paced and certain to keep your muscles guessing. No plateaus possible!
